Iraq, Levant, Donations, massacres
The Kurdish Red Crescent launches urgent appeal for donations to help the people of Kobane victim of the massacres committed by the organization Islamic state of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) in the last two days.
On 25 June, ISIS entered Kobane and committed attacks and massacres on civilians, resulting in at least 230 people dead and many injured.
After three days of fighting, gangs of AEs were driven from the city by the fighters of People's Protection Units (YPG/YPJ). But the devastation is enormous in a city that was already devastated following major offensives by ISIS from September 2014 and the clashes that followed for nearly four months.
Kobane needs your donations to heal its wounds!
